What do we do in change management coaching?
Change management coaching is a collaborative partnership that helps you identify your current change leadership strengths and uncover new ways to enable workplace change.
Change management coaching is an accelerant that can propel you further, and sometimes faster than you may go by yourself.
However, in order to be productive it must be directed by you, the client.
A key question is, what do you most want from change management coaching? Consider what you want more or less of in your experience of leading change – usually areas for focus arise from that. These may be knowledge-based, such as how do I measure change success? However, focus areas may also related to motivation — what’s driving you or holding you back in your change leadership? — as well as creating opportunities to exercise new ways of approaching change.
My role, as coach, is to help you clarify your direction and bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be as a leader of change in your organization. I work as your partner — walking beside you not leading,
