I am passionate about making things happen in organizations. For the last 20 years, I have worked with individual leaders and teams to achieve clarity – about a challenge, a solution, a goal, a plan – and to use that clarity to organize their efforts to execute for better performance. My experience spans non-profit, for-profit, and government sectors in the U.S. and abroad and is firmly grounded in evidence-based approaches that create measurable results.
I have held positions in strategy and operations at:
- The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation
- Childfund International
- Deloitte Consulting
- Local Initiatives Support Corporation
I hold a Master's in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and have been a certified Project Management Professional for over a decade. I am member of the International Coach Federation and am currently pursuing a certificate in evidence-based coaching from Fielding Graduate University.
