Using a unique consulting-coaching model, I work directly with organizational leaders and teams to help them deliver on current transformation objectives while building their capability and confidence to tackle the organization’s next big opportunity. Because every organization is unique, I offer flexible engagement options to fit a variety of organizational needs, cultures, and budgets. These include light-touch facilitation and advisory services, one-on-one coaching for change leaders, or in-depth engagement with implementation teams.

Because I believe that the benefits of coaching should be accessible to all, I offer my coaching services to individuals on a ‘pay what you wish’ fee schedule.

My two decades of experience as an implementer spans the non-profit, for-profit and government sectors in the U.S. and abroad and is firmly grounded in evidence-based approaches that create measurable results for my clients.
To be a successful agent of change requires us to bring the best of ourselves to the effort. For that reason, I hold certifications in project management and coaching, as well as meditation and yoga instruction.
